Announcements 9/15/17

Constitution Day is Sept 17! Our Constitution establishes the framework for the functioning of our government. We are led by 3 branches, each with separate powers, and checks and balances between the three to ensure one does not become more powerful than another. The President leads the Executive branch, the House of Representatives and the Senate make up Congress, or our Legislative branch. The Judicial is made up of a Supreme Court and a system of lower courts. Thank our Founding Fathers for the rights we are guaranteed as citizens in our Constitution! Foremost, continue to participate to ensure the opinions of the people are always heard!
