NTI - Chromebook distribution info
JCPS will be announcing how families can request a Chromebook to use during NTI. JCPS will be distributing 25,000 Chromebooks to students. Devices will be returned to the district at the conclusion of NTI. Information is forthcoming about the return process. An email will be sent directly to families on free and reduced lunch and special considerations will be made for ESL and ECE students as well as our homeless students. Families will be selected through a lottery if the demand for devices is greater than our supply. The district will have direct communication with eligible families who don’t have an email address and will notify them to call 313-HELP to request a device. It is our mission to provide to our families who may be most in need first and then open up the devices to more families if supplies last. Chromebooks will be shipped to selected families.
Paper copies of newly created Choice Boards will be available for children at our Emergency Food Sites. The district is also providing paper copies of course work for every grade level that will be given out at our Emergency Food Sites the week of April 6.

During this event, Louisville area college bound high school students can hear from and meet with reps for colleges and universities from across the country.

PRP Cheer Spring Conditioning will be March 10, 11, 17, 18, 24, 25 and April 7 and 8 in the PRP Old Gym. Cost is $60 with instruction with GymTyme instructors ($25 annual registration fee). Must have an up to date physical on file with PRP trainer. Contact sydney.hawks@jefferson.kyschools.us with any questions.
This Friday Night at Valley High School, the PRP Lady Panthers girls and boys basketball teams will play for district championships at 6 and 730. We need to pack the house with student fan support.

Please do not climb the fence and cut through the River Pointe Patio Homes property off of Terry Road. River Pointe has reported damage to their fence and wish for students to stop cutting through their private property. Check out KY scholarships at this link
