Cap and Gown Pick up information


If you have a COUGH or SHORTNESS of BREATH, DIFFICULTY BREATHING or FEVER (100.F or greater),  you should NOT attend this event.
If you have any two  of the following symptoms, you should NOT attend this event:*Fever (99F-99.9F), *Shivering, *Headache, *New loss of taste or smell, *Chills, *Muscle pain, *Sore throat. 
Anyone with these symptoms should follow up with their healthcare provider.

In order to safely distribute the caps and gowns that have been ordered and delivered to PRP and practice social distancing we have put together a plan for students to follow.  In order to be compliant with all social distancing guidelines and minimize wait times we have broken pick up times on May 21st into 4 groups:
12-1 pm - Students with Last names starting with A Thru C
1-2 pm - Last names D-J
2-3pm - Last names K - Q
3-4pm - Last names  R-Z
If you are unable to come on May 21st there will be a makeup pick up time on May 22nd from 12-1pm.
 Students will need to be present in a vehicle and have a proper form of ID (school or state issued). All students must be in, and remain in a vehicle to participate.  Staff will not have access to a computer to look up students for identification. Students will also need to write their first and last name on a sheet of paper in large writing and display it through their windshield so that staff can see who is approaching.
Enter Campus via Feyhurst Drive and turn left onto Yucca. Security will not be letting any cars in the main school entrance. Follow Map to Stop 1 (Have Id ready and name displayed)
Stop 1:   Check in - If a student's Cap and gown has not been delivered they will follow the yellow route and exit via feyhurst.
Stop 2: Wait for direction from staff. Make sure your name can be seen in the windshield.
Once directed by staff, pull forward to stop 3.
Stop 3: Students will be given cap and gown and can exit campus via the main school  entrance.
