Vogt Achievement Scholarship- Scholarship winners will receive a one-time award of $10,000 to be used for tuition, books, and academic fees at any accredited four-year undergraduate program that leads to a BA/BS degree. PRP Boys Bowlers extended their record to 5-1 Saturday defeating Daviess County 6-1. Our girls also defeated Daviess County 6-1 Saturday and their record is now 4-0. The boys shot 268 and 222 in Bakers, and the girls 203 and 177 in Bakers. During the regular games, the following bowlers shot scores over 200: Ciarra Jarboe - 237, Morgan Rush 204 & 200, Megan Lowe 207, and Ta'Shayla Dunnaway 279 - 1 frame away from a perfect game, Denver Wilson 214 & 268, Clinton Cox 208, Clayton Cox 215 & 216, and Cameron Muss 237 & 214. PRP Bowling had a huge win over Bullitt East yesterday at Kingpin. The girls extend their record to 3-0 by winning 6-1. The boys extend their record to 4-1 by winning 7-0. Boys with games over 200: Clinton Cox - 210, Matt Taylor 225, Denver Wilson 238, Brandon Gowan 228 and 230, and Cameron Muss with a 279 (1 frame away from a perfect game) Girls with games over 200: Ciarra Jarboe 209, Ta'Shayla Dunnaway 210, Ashley Domeck 213 & 216, Alexis Durr 214, and Kayla Payne with an exciting and almost perfect 299. Next up - Saturday the teams face Daviess County at Dixie Bowl at 3 PM."

The Boys Bowling team improved their match competition record to 3 and 1 with a victory over Trinity Tuesday afternoon, 4-3. Games over 200 were bowled by Denver Wilson - 234, Ben VonAllmen - 220, and Clayton Cox with a 278 & 223. Next up for both the boys and girls teams is a match with Bullitt East on Thursday at Kingpin Lanes.

The following bowlers shot games of 200 or better: Terry Brown 200 Brandon Gowan 213 & 236 Denver Wilson 247 & 259 Cameron Muss 200 Matt Taylor 236 Clayton Cox 245 Ben VonAllmen 210 & 237 Both boys and girls teams will compete in the St X Kick Off tournament tomorrow at Fern Valley Strike & Spare at 1 PM. Admission $3 for spectators over the age of 6.

If we have too many students and not enough bus seats, only students who have met admission criteria or close to meeting criteria will be allowed to attend. October 20th- WKU October 27th- Morehead November 5th- I.U.S. November 10th- U of K November 12th- EKU November 17th- Carpenters/Plumbing/Pipefitting Training Center"

PRP Boys Bowling team finished 4th and our girls finished 1st in the West Jessamine Colt Classic Tournament in Danville Saturday. Games over 200 were: Ciarra Jarboe 204, Morgan Rush 212, Ta'Shayla Dunnaway 225, Clinton Cox 212, and Denver Wilson 266, 246, and 243. Congratulations to Ciarra Jarboe and Denver Wilson for being names to the All Tournament Team. Next up, the Varsity and JV Boys face Butler at Kenbowl on Thursday November 12 at 4 PM, and both Boys and Girls are entered in the St X Kick Off Tournament Saturday, November 14 at Fern Valley Strike & Spare at noon.

Glasses for Haiti! The Fellowship of Christian Athletes will be sponsoring a used glasses drive for Haiti starting next week. It will run for 2 weeks from Nov 9th until Nov 20th. The first period that collects the most pairs of glasses before Nov. 20th will win a free breakfast on the Tuesday before Thanksgiving break (Nov 24th). Any type of glasses can help. Reading Glasses, old prescription glasses, sun glasses, bi-focals, etc.. People in Haiti who need glasses do not have the ability purchase them, because they simply are not available. So students, please bring in any old pair of glasses that you or your family no longer use. Thanks!
