The University of Louisville’s Army ROTC program will have two open house sessions on Tuesday, February 19th, 2019 at 12:00 PM and 5:00 PM on the UL Campus. We would like to extend an invitation to Senior PRP Students. There are also significant scholarship opportunities that we will discuss at this meeting. Please see Mr. Stinson in room 211 for a flyer and more details.
PJ's College of Cosmetology will be at PRP on Wednesday, Feb. 20th during 0 period (9:30) to meet with Juniors and Seniors who are interested in a career in Cosmetology. The meeting will take place in the cafeteria and a representative from PJ's will stay through all lunches to talk with students. Basketball homecoming 2019 is next Friday, February 1. Our theme days are as follows: Monday: mathlete vs athlete Tuesday: baby vs senior citizen Wednesday: hot vs cold (beach vs ski apparel) Thursday: villain vs hero Friday: red vs black (sophomores and juniors wear black, freshmen and seniors wear red) Each day during 5th period (4th period on Wednesday) teachers will pick the best dressed student from their class. These students will be sent to the cafeteria for finally judging and one student each day will win a ticket to the homecoming game and dance! “May the odds be ever in your favor!”
Please join us for KUNA meetings on Thursday from 2:30 to 3:30 in room 316. We will be representing Ireland and Brazil. The meetings are required to plan and once that begins we will work on bills we will be presenting. Come check it out. The dates for the program are March 24-26. Financial aid is available and we look forward to seeing you there.
