ALICE Tip of the Week ALICE can occur in any order and you do not need to wait for an announcement to act immediately. If you hear gunshots, and you know that it's far away and you have an opportunity to evacuate, safely evacuate immediately! ALICE is designed to give you that authority to make that move and get yourself to safety. Stay safe!!
