The Class of 2018 si hosting a book collection during April 13 - 17 to support summer reading throughout the JCPS community. Please bring in new or gently used children's books to your first period teacher during this week. The class the collects the most books will recieve a pizza party!

Seniors-Belle Trip permission slips are due April 24th to your 1st period teacher. Remember any senior that is not passing classes or has an eschool class to complete will not be allowed to participate.
Parents and Guardians of seniors As we approach the end of the year, please keep these items in mind for your senior. All seniors must be eligible to graduate before they can attend any senior activities. ***Senior Activities- Senior Belle Trip, Senior Memories Breakfast, Senior Walk, Class Day Practice, Class Day, Graduation Practice and Graduation. *** It is my hope that ALL seniors graduate! Please encourage your senior to attend school and work to complete all requirements.
Congratulations to the following juniors who have been accepted to the 2015 Governor's School for the Arts summer program: Darius Henderson will participate in the Visual Art program. Ethan Hayse will participate in the Creative Writing program. Miranda Smith will serve as an alternate in the Creative Writing program. This is a tremendous honor for the students and highly competitive. Over 2000 students in public, private and parochial school systems compete throughout the state for only 223 spots in nine different art forms. Each art form accepts only about 25 students. Please congratulate these students!!!!!!
Two of our seniors, Katie Hack and Shelby Bigos, have an opportunity to win a $10,000 scholarship from Forcht Bank. Prom tickets will be available for Pick up and for sale for dates on the following dates in Mr. Braun's room before and after school. If you do not pick up your ticket during these times, you will not be allowed to attend prom. Tickets are non-transferable and names of student and date must match the records Mr. Braun has. If you have paid your class dues, tickets are free. For non-PRP and non-Senior dates, tickets are $60.
