Seniors- Planning on attending JCTC in the fall? JCTC has a summer program called JUMP-Jefferson Mentor Program. Get involved at Jefferson Community and Technical College (JCTC) before classes start. Please see Mrs. Wilson to sign up for interest meeting on Feb 20th.
The University of Louisville Transfer Services (ULtra) wants to extend an invitation to students who wish to attend UofL but who may need to start at the Jefferson Community and Technical College (JCTC).
For students who do not quite meet the minimum criteria for admission to UofL for Fall 2015, beginning the collegiate career at JCTC and working with ULtra may be an excellent choice. Over the next few months, ULtra will offer several Parent/Student Information Sessions designed to answer questions about the services and processes for participating in our program.

The Community Foundation of Louisville is seeking qualified applicants for over 80 scholarship funds worth up to $1 million for the 2015-2016 academic year. Since 2000, CFL has awarded scholarships totaling more than $12 million to students across Kentucky to help them reach their academic dreams.
The scholarship applications must be completed and submitted online.
First you must create an account and to begin the online application. While the application must be submitted online, you may click here to download the list of questions that will be asked of you in the online General Application. The application deadline is March 31 at 11:59pm. See Mrs Wilson for details
If you are interested in joining choir for 2015-2016, come see Mr. Jennings in the choir room, or talk to another choir student. You can find them everywhere!

Each act is a $5.00 audition fee.
Talent show is Friday April 3rd 4-5th period in Old Gym. Tickets sold during lunch that week
BETA Club will be meeting on Wednesday, April 1st from 2:30-3:30 in the seminar room of the tech building. Anyone with questions, see Mrs. Walker in Room 105.
Seniors-JCPS will have a College Signing Day on May 18 at the YUM Center. Guidelines to go are: 1) Must have received an acceptance letter from a post-secondary school, 2) Must have completed a FAFSA and 3) Must have met college/career readiness benchmarks or be on track to do so. Please see Mrs. Wilson to sign up to attend this event.

Attention juniors:
Ring dance tickets will go on sale starting Wednesday, March 25th through Friday, April 3rd. If you owe class dues or have library fines or overdue books those must be paid or returned before you can get your ticket. any junior bringing a non - PRP Junior student as a date must purchase a ticket for them for $35. No checks will be accepted.
