Congratulations to the lady Panther Volleyball Teams. Both JV and Varsity teams defeated Fern Creek last night. Varsity score was 25-12, 25-18. Both teams started the season 2-0 and will play Butler this Tuesday August 23 here at PRP.

The boys golf team defeated Jeffersontown HS 186-189. Leading golfers were Senior Nick Oyler with a 41 and Sophomore Reed Blaszczyk 44! Great Job Panthers!

THE FRESHMAN FOOTBALL TEAM IS STILL ACCEPTING FRESHMAN FOOTBALL PLAYERS. EXPERIENCE IS NOT REQUIRED. IF INTERESTED, YOU CAN MEET THE COACHES IN THE FOOTBALL LOCKER ROOM IMMEDIATELY AFTER SCHOOL MONDAY THROUGH THURSDAY.
If you need a backpack and/or school supplies, you can pick some up in the Student Service Center. Just stop by during your lunch and someone will be happy to help you!

FCA (Fellowship of Christian Athletes will begin Friday August 19 in room 324 at 7:15. Everyone is welcome. You do not have to be a Christian or an athlete to attend. Come for fellowship, donuts, milk, juice, and a short devotion. If you can't get there at 7:15, come late. We will meet EVERY Friday during the school year. Come join us.
Everyone is encouraged to come out to our first Home Football game against Valley. Join us as we fight for the Snowman! This week's theme for the Black Hole is "WHITE OUT"---Everyone come dressed in white and support your Panther Football team!
STUDENTS YOU NEED TO KNOW: If you arrive at school by bus, TARC, car, or walking, you must IMMEDIATELY enter the school. Once you arrive on campus you are not allowed to leave the premises. If you do, this is considered a cut, and you're subject to additional disciplinary measures.

Students, please remember that you must turn in a note after an absence. The note should include your first AND last name, the date(s) you were absent and the reason for the absence. You have 3 days after returning to get the note turned in. All absences will be unexcused until a note is received.
More than 6 unexcused absences = No Homecoming. No Ring Dance. No Prom!
